Pastor John was appointed to the United Methodist Church of St. Clair in July of 2014. He grew up in the St. Clair area, and has a heart for the people of St. Clair. He wants to see the people of this community grow in Christ and become the committed followers of Jesus Christ that we are all called to come. He is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys riding around rural Missouri. Pastor John is active in the Missouri East Chrysalis community- a community focused primarily on youth ministry through three day weekend retreats- and serves on the Missouri East Chrysalis board.
Pastor John enjoys preaching and writing, as well as getting to know the people in the community. His goals for the United Methodist Church of St. Clair is to see continued growth through committed, active Christians leading their community to actively follow Christ.

Deb Fundell has been our administrative assistant for many years and plans to continue to serve the UMC of St. Clair and the Lord for many more. She says it is a wonderful congregation with many fine people, and prays that the congregation will always be guided in their service to the Lord.
She enjoys spending time with her children, being outdoors with her pets as well as her many hobbies.
